Louis blue

Description

Louis dressed in this most beautiful robe playing the flute for his King, who enjoyed music very much. The King was a big fan of the sound of the flute as it was known of having a most romantic sweet tone. Admire his coat with its hand drawn design and golden edge. The gorgeous grey hair held back by a blue colored bow. His cuffs are decorated with the famous Irish Dresden lace (cotton net lace dipped in porcelain clay and fired at 1,290C, leaving its pattern in the porcelain). See the detail on the light blue waistcoat with the dark blue buttons and the black shoes with golden bows. Base and chair are decorated with fine gold lines (we use 8ct gold on all our figurines). Underneath the base you will see our trademark and we handwrite the name: Louis. A must for your porcelain collection!
