Pure magic in craftmanship made by Irish Dresden, showing the enjoyment of the musicians playing their music. Nearly 50 parts of delicate porcelain are assembled by our porcelain artists. The ladies are dressed in a gown of real lace dipped in porcelain clay, decorated with the fine hand made roses. After this the Musical Quartette is fired for a second time and in this fire the cotton net lace burns away leaving its lace pattern in the porcelain. 8 carat gold paint is applied to the piano, cello, base, coat and dresses, paint with care the delicate skin tones, and the sparkling eyes. Adding colour to the roses, gentlemen’s coats and carpet. The piano is decorated with hand-drawn flowers. Before the last firing our “MV Irish Dresden” trademark is applied to the base.
