Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
Normal shipping for a standard-sized package is via the An Post standard post. We will endeavour to ship within two – three working days once the order is confirmed.
Please be aware that non-European Union customers may incur a duty or tax payment on delivery. This tax or duty is the responsibility of the customer. We will provide the relevant customs documentation/receipt on the outside of the parcel.
Postage for deliveries on all items are as follows:
• Republic of Ireland: 10%
• Europe(EU/EEA): 15%
• Rest of World: 20%
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will email you a returns form with a returns address.
We strongly advise that you get a tracking code when returning items as we cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive. We will refund or exchange any item purchased online from our website if you return it to us within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be as new, not have been used and be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box that was shipped to you. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not provide free returns.

Damaged or defective items
We are not responsible for damage caused by the misuse of our products once you have received them. If you believe that you have received a defective item, we will need to inspect the item. If an item is found to be defective, then we will offer a repair, replacement or full refund depending on the individual circumstances.
